Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 1, 2025

Welcome to CFATM (“Cash Flow ATM”, “CFATM.com”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). Your use of this site and services is subject to the following Terms of Service. These Terms govern your access to and use of CFATM.com, including all content, features, and services provided (collectively, the “Platform”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information provided is accurate.

3. Definitions

For purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

  • “Limitless Access” — A one-time purchase that grants the user a lifetime, non-transferable license to use the AI Marketing Engine SaaS product. Limitless Access is not ownership of the software, only licensed use.
  • “AI Marketing Engine” — CFATM’s flagship Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that automates advertising campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, retargeting, optimization, and performance tracking.
  • “Course Bundles” — Educational digital content packages offered by CFATM. Commissions on these bundles are paid when real product transactions occur.
  • “AI Ad Budget” — A monthly budget you select that is allocated to power your automated advertising campaigns. These funds cover both the ad spend placed on third-party advertising platforms and the necessary AI services and infrastructure (including servers, automation, and optimization tools) that manage and run those campaigns. CFATM does not treat these funds as profit; they are used entirely to operate and deliver your campaigns.
  • “Ad Wallet” — A member’s internal balance within CFATM that can be used to fund AI Ad Budget plans or withdraw eligible commissions once minimum payout thresholds are met.

4. Affiliate Program & Compensation

CFATM operates a product-based affiliate compensation model. Commissions are paid on product sales:

  • Limitless Access (SaaS): a one-time purchase of a lifetime license to use the AI Marketing Engine. Level 1 commission is 50% on this product sale.
  • Course Bundles: commissions are also paid on sales of our educational course bundles.

Our multi-level plan pays up to 4 levels on eligible product sales: 50% • 5% • 10% • 5%. Access to Level 4 is unlocked with at least an active Premium AI Ad Budget plan. Free members (Limited Access) can participate and earn on permitted tiers as described in your dashboard.

All commissions are derived from actual product transactions (SaaS and courses), not from sign-up fees or participation alone, and are tracked in real time and credited to your account. Funds become withdrawable once your total earnings reach the posted minimum payout threshold shown in your dashboard.

Users are responsible for reporting their earnings in accordance with applicable tax laws. For full disclosure of compensation practices, please see our Affiliate Disclosure and Earnings Disclaimer.

5. SaaS License (Limitless Access)

5.1 Grant of License

Upon payment of the applicable one-time fee for Limitless Access, CFATM grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, lifetime license to use the AI Marketing Engine (the “SaaS Service”) for your own lawful business purposes, subject to these Terms. No ownership rights are transferred.

5.2 License Restrictions

  • No resale, assignment, sublicensing, or timesharing of the SaaS Service.
  • No reverse engineering, decompiling, scraping, or circumventing security or usage limits.
  • No use that violates law, infringes third-party rights, or misleads consumers (including deceptive earnings claims).
  • No automated or abusive activities that may degrade the Platform for others.

5.3 Ownership

CFATM and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Platform and SaaS Service, including all software, models, algorithms, designs, and content. Except for the license expressly granted above, no other rights are granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

5.4 Service Availability & Changes

We may modify features, interfaces, or integrations of the SaaS Service from time to time. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. From time to time, maintenance or third-party platform changes (e.g., ad networks) may affect performance or features.

5.5 Feedback

If you submit feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you grant CFATM a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use and incorporate that feedback without restriction or obligation.

5.6 Suspension; Termination Effect

We may suspend or terminate access to the SaaS Service for breach of these Terms, fraudulent or abusive activity, or legal compliance reasons. Upon termination, your license to use the SaaS Service ends; account data may be retained or deleted per our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

5.7 Updates & Security

We may deliver updates, patches, or improvements automatically. You agree not to interfere with security features or access methods. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

6. AI Ad Budget Automation

Monthly AI Ad Budget plans are allocated to power your automated campaigns. These funds cover both thead spend placed on third-party advertising platforms and the AI services, servers, and automation infrastructure that create, optimize, and manage those campaigns. The full budget is applied to delivering and running your campaigns; CFATM does not treat these funds as pure profit.

Our AI handles copywriting, audience targeting, retargeting, split testing, and campaign management automatically on your behalf.

Where enabled, earnings may be used to automatically refill your ad wallet or cover monthly ad budgets. Ad performance is not guaranteed and depends on variables including ad spend, audience targeting, market conditions, and platform competition.

7. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our services and instant access to proprietary tools, systems, and affiliate structures, we do not offer refunds on Limitless Access, Course Bundles, or AI Ad Budget plans.

AI Ad Budget funds are consumed immediately upon allocation to power your automated campaigns. These budgets cover both the ad spend placed with third-party advertising platforms and the AI services, servers, and automation infrastructure that manage and optimize your campaigns. Because these funds are applied in real time to deliver the service, they cannot be refunded once processed.

If you believe a charge was made in error or you experience issues accessing your services, please contact us at support@cfatm.com and we will do our best to assist.

Submitting a chargeback or payment dispute may result in the permanent termination of your CFATM account and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

8. Compliance & FTC Disclosures

We are committed to FTC compliance. Earnings are based on individual performance, effort, and market demand. No income is guaranteed. You must not promote CFATM as a “get rich quick” opportunity or make unsubstantiated income claims. Violations may result in account termination.

9. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share your login credentials. You agree not to engage in spamming, fraudulent referrals, or prohibited automated activity.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including branding, training materials, and AI systems, is owned by CFATM or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.

11. Termination

CFATM may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, especially for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

12. Limitation of Liability

CFATM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. We do not guarantee income or advertising results. Your use is at your own risk.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Collin County, Texas.

14. Updates to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of those changes.
